We clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, mirrors, appliance exteriors, and trash. The goal is a home that feels fresh, healthy, and cared for.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access and come back to a clean home. We treat your home and security with the utmost care and trust.
How often should I schedule?
Most clients choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Recurring visits are our focus — they keep your home consistently cared for and let us build a real routine around it.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard clean maintains your home. A deep clean goes further — baseboards, buildup removal, detailed scrubbing, and often-missed spots. We usually recommend starting with a deep clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring professional equipment and quality products, specialized for each type of cleaning.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Prosper Clean LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured, for your complete peace of mind.
Is it okay to have pets?
We love pets! We're happy to clean with friendly animals around — we just ask that anxious or protective pets are secured during the visit.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — just give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule. Repeated last-minute changes may affect future scheduling. Our service agreement specifies any cancellation fees.
Are dishes and laundry included?
No. We don't offer housekeeping tasks like dishes or laundry at this time.
How should I prepare for our visit?
So we can clean thoroughly and completely, please have rooms clear and organized before we arrive.
